Such an easy process. I just filled out the form online and the office called to confirm the details. The placement of where I wanted the dumpster was right on target and they clean up when done on pickup. I've already used them twice for a house cleanout and will probably need them again shortly.

The services was all I was told it would be. The dumpster was delivered on time and it was delivered clean, making it easy to walk in to fill it. The list of items that were not accepted or had added cost was clear and concise. The final touch was seeing the driver sweeping our driveway after moving the dumpster.
From the first phonecall, to the drop off, to pick up...completely flawless. The email reminder of impending pick up was a nice touch, with a reminder to just call if we needed more time. Dumpster was clean and odor free.

I have never rented a dumpster before and the name caught my eye so I called them. One of the best choices I have made! The office staff was very thorough, courteous, friendly and helpful, regardless of how many times I called. The driver that dropped off and picked up the dumpster was also extremely pleasant, helpful and skilled at maneuvering the dumpster exactly where I needed it in a tight spot. When the dumpster was gone I would’ve never guessed that there had been one there… They protected my yard very well! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a dumpster!! They are a company who stands by their word and advertising!

It was a great experience, I would strongly recommend it. Also, I would like to suggest to inform your customers if they are planning to rent and place the dumpster on the street which it was my case, to post a sign on the dumpster saying " private property dumpster". I had an issue with a neighbor for dumping trash in the dumpster. Even though the problem was resolved, the police suggested to have a sign on the dumpster this way if someone got caught, will be prosecuted. Otherwise, if there is any problem without a sign the police won't be able to do anything about it. Thank you, I will rent again from you soon!

We moved to the Fitchburg area last year and had a bunch of stuff that we just werent using (a few larger items, broken appliances, kitchen cabinets, etc). We were dragging our feet on getting a dumpster because we had hear expensive horror stories on some dumpster companies and their hidden rates. I saw a few of Bin There's dumpsters in the neighborhood and figured I should check them out, mainly because I appreciate a good pun. I was impressed by their reviews and how upfront they were with all their accepted materials. The person that contacted me explained what was covered and what would be an added expense. The whole time I was waiting for the other foot to drop, but it never happened! Every single employee that I interacted with was so friendly and genuinely happy. Drop off and pickup were a breeze, the hardest part was loading our stuff in and that was not even a problem since one side of the dumpster completely opened up. Great service, even better pricing. Will forever use these guys!

The drop off and pick up were really easy, no need to even be home. And the price is super reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. First time renting a dumpster so I had no idea other places expected you to reserve weeks in advance! BTDT was able to commit a dumpster to me in under a week and even accommodated a change in delivery date the day before my scheduled delivery due to change in renovation start date. I the past I found myself banging my head against the wall trying to get other companies to commit to a delivery. I've seen these dumpsters everywhere so I chose this time to use BTDT. I ordered online and got a response within an hour. They came on-time, made sure to not mar my driveway or leave indents and did it in a very friendly manner. When it was time to send it back, again a super friendly person came for the pick up and hauled it away. When I had a few quick questions when my dumpster was here, they got right back to me. This is a great company and I will certainly use them again.

Highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to deal with, great communication and very accommodating. We had a snow storm come in and they contacted me when they would not be able to remove the dumpster on the day we had planned. I was unable to have the dumpster ready for remove for a couple days after the store and they could not have been more accommodating. I wish all my business transactions were this smooth. I called last minute for a dumpster Saturday morning. They were able to deliver that day! Their "residential friendly" dimensions (taller than most with a smaller foot print) easily got around a tricky corner on our narrow driveway. And everything fit just as well as a wider bin. With just a four day turn around, we even saved a little money. The bill was as quoted, no surprises. Delivery and pick-up were prompt and courteous. Their prices are competitive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So pleased with our experience with Bin There Dump That!!! 150% professionals from start to finish!!! I had called a few dumpster rental companies and none gave me the information BTDT did!! They were very thorough and told me about the recycle items that I would be charged for....nobody else mentioned that!! They dropped off a 7am so we had that entire day to start loading. Drivers were pleasant and very careful not to damage our driveway. The dumpster was actually nice so I didn't feel like the property looked like Sandford and Son!! I would DEFINITELY use this service again!

Admittedly called around for comparative pricing, Bin there Dumped that beat others by a good margin. No games or call backs on phone, instant live person, super courteous and prompt to match my needs, had dumpster in yard before noon next day. Called late in day on Friday, had dumpster in yard Saturday morning. Driver laid boards to protect yard and ensure doors opened freely and left a envelope with clear instructions and a few personal courtesy gifts. Pick up was just as easy and courteous. Had spoken with Emily who was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. The driver who delivered the bin was exceptional. Review a dumpster company? Not something I thought I would do. Review a company that gives you outstanding service, best price I could find, and deliver and pickup just when they say well reviewing that company is a no brainer. Trust me, if you need a dumpster these are the folks.
The ease of getting the size of dumpster that I needed in the time frame that I wanted was fantastic. Will definitely be using again to clear any debris for any future projects we undertake.

Great service. 10 yard bin was dropped off exactly where I wanted it and on time. Bin was even surprisingly clean (for a garbage bin). When I called to have it picked-up the driver was there in just a few hours. Very good, efficient service at a reasonable price

I rented the 3ton dumpster for a master bath demo and basement clean out. It worked out great. They were prompt with dropping and picking up the dumpster. We even had them reposition the dumpster in the driveway for easier disposal of the junk. Very accommodating! Great services!

Perfect! The dumpster was delivered when promised and picked up when promised. The dumpster was clean, brightly colored and in great condition -- not an eyesore. It's hard to find contractors/people who deliver what they say, when they say they will, but these folks do! They were very responsive to my barrage of emails, the dumpster showed up exactly on time and as expected, with 2 friendly people. The doors on the bin made this significantly easier to load than top-load-only bins. And pick up was a breeze, on time and by another very friendly, helpful staff. Very recommended if you need a dumpster.

I requested a dumpster for light clean up and I got a perfect sized one delivered on the day I requested it. All information was provided ahead of time re: cost, delivery / pick up dates and times, and items allowed or not in the dumpster. Due to scheduling on their end the pick up was delayed a day but that was to my benefit to keep throwing things out. I will definitely be using these services again.
This is the 2nd time I have use Bin There Dump That. The dumpster always comes very clean. It is always placed exactly where I need it. It is dropped off timely and picked up when I request and when they leave it is as if the dumpster was never there. I would always be the first place I go for any dumpster needs.

EI never rented before and I was not sure where to begin. I read great reviews so I called and the secretary was so pleasant to talk to and compassionate (my mother passed away). I had no hidden costs and they were up front from the beginning. I am in the process of selling her house and needed a dumpster of years of "stuff". The bin was clean and easy to access. From start to finish I was impressed with the courteous and friendly staff that I dealt with at all times. It's not an easy thing to find these days I've found out lately. We started a construction project and were left with debris to take care of and finish the job ourselves. We needed to rent two dumpsters at two separate times.
